This coffee is from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, which is a region surrounded by the Cuchumantanes Mountains and the Maxbal Forest Reserve.  It is shade-grown under guava, plantain, and banana trees.  This coffee undergoes the mountain water process, which uses the clear, pure water from the glaciers atop the Pico de Orizaba Mountain.  Sit back and unwind as you enjoy the smooth taste and tantalizing aroma!  Tastes excellent with any brew method.  Very earthy and satisfying! Light Roast is recommended for sweetness and clarity.
